Plumbing

Hourly rate for plumbing repairs and maintenance. Set prices agreed in advance for larger jobs.
Tiling

Wall tiling labour rate. Tiles, adhesive and grout are additional. Complex patterns, wet rooms or large-format tiles quoted in person.
Regrouting & Silicone

About the tiling rate — £42/m²
The £42 per square metre rate covers John's labour for standard wall tiling. Tiles, adhesive and grout are additional — costs vary depending on what you choose.
For anything that needs discussing in person — large-format tiles, unusual layouts, full bathroom installations — John will come out and give you a set price before starting.
Not sure how many tiles you need? John can advise on quantities when he comes to quote. Always buy at least 10% extra for cuts and breakages.
